TORONTO, March 26 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an order in the above named matter with certain provisions, which includes that (1) the Temporary Order insofar as it relates to the above-named respondents is extended to May 14, 2010; (2) a hearing in this proceeding if necessary, will take place commencing on May 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.; and (3) a pre-hearing conference with respect to the above-named respondents will take place on May 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
