TORONTO, Feb. 5, 2014 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the pre-hearing conference scheduled for February 6, 2014 is vacated and the Hearing is adjourned to April 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for a confidential pre-hearing conference, or such other date as is agreed to by the parties and determined by the Office of the Secretary.

The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
