TORONTO, Feb. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1. pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the portion of the Temporary Order issued under paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) that ordered all trading to cease in the securities of Quadrexx, QSA and OOVSS is extended to April 22, 2014; and
   
2. the hearing to consider the need to further extend the portion of the Temporary Order against Quadrexx, QSA and OOVSS is adjourned to April 17, 2014 at 9:45 a.m.
