TORONTO, April 15, 2014 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into between Staff of the Commission and the Respondents Issam El-Bouji, Global RESP Corporation, Global Growth Assets Inc., Global Educational Trust Foundation and Margaret Singh in the above named matter.

The hearing will be held on April 16, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
