TORONTO, June 20, 2014 /CNW/ - On June 20, 2014, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to Subsection 8(4) of the Securities Act to consider an application made by Wealth Stewards Portfolio Management Inc. and Sushila Lucas to stay the decision of the Director dated June 13, 2014 until the determination of a hearing and review of that decision by the Commission.

The hearing will be held on June 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto.
