TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - The Commission issued a Temporary Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing is adjourned to Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. and the Temporary Order shall continue, as previously ordered, to Friday, September 18, 2015, without prejudice to the Respondents to bring an application to vary the Temporary Order pursuant to section 144 of the Act.
