TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing setting the matter down to be heard on September 23, 2015 at10:00 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission: 

(1)	to extend the Temporary Order pursuant to subsections 127(7) and 127(8) of the Act until the conclusion of the hearing or until such further time as considered necessary by the Commission; and
(2)	to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
