TORONTO, Nov. 3, 2015 The Ontario Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider, pursuant to section 8(4) Securities Act, R.S.O., c. S.5, as amended (the "Act"),  a request for stay of a decision of a Director of the Compliance and Registrant Regulation Branch dated August 18, 2015 (the "Director's Decision"), pending the hearing and review of the Director's Decision.

The hearing will be held on November 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
