TORONTO, Dec. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - The Ontario Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider a request made by Argosy Securities Inc. and Keybase Financial Group Inc., pursuant to section 8 of the Securities Act, R.S.O., c. S.5, as amended, for a hearing and review of a decision of a Director of the Compliance and Registrant Regulation Branch dated August 18, 2015.

The hearing will be held on January 15 and 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th floor at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held.
