TORONTO, Jan. 11, 2016 /CNW/ - On January 8, 2016, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to sections 8 and 21.7 of the Ontario Securities Act to consider an application by Paul Christopher Darrigo for a hearing and review of the decision on the merits of a hearing panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (the "Panel"), dated October 16, 2014, and the Panel's decision on sanctions dated January 19, 2015. 

The hearing will be held at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor, Toronto, Ontario on May 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held.
