TORONTO, Feb. 5, 2016 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the Settlement Agreement dated February 5, 2016, on a no-contest basis, between Staff of the Commission and CI Investments Inc.

The hearing pursuant to subsections 127(1) and 127(2) and section 127.1 of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, as amended (the "Act") will be held at the offices of the Commission located at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor, on February 10, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
