TORONTO, April 8, 2016 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into by Staff of the Commission and 7997698 Canada Inc., carrying on business as International Legal and Accounting Services Inc., World Incubation Centre, or WIC (ON), John Lee also known as Chin Lee, and Mary Huang also known as Ning-Sheng Mary Huang.

The hearing will be held on April 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
