TORONTO, March 3, 2017 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

Staff's written submissions shall be served and filed on or before March 13, 2017;
The Respondent's written submissions shall be served and filed on or before March 21, 2017;
Staff's reply written submissions, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 31, 2017; and
Oral closing submissions shall be heard on April 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
