TORONTO, March 28, 2017 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above noted matter which provides that:

by no later than April 26, 2017, Staff shall disclose to the Respondents all documents and things in the possession or control of Staff that are relevant to the hearing;
by no later than June 19, 2017, Staff shall provide preliminary witness lists and statements to the Respondents and shall indicate any intent to call an expert witness, including the name of the expert and the issue on which the expert will be giving evidence; and
the Second Appearance in this matter will be heard on June 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
