TORONTO, June 26, 2017 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above noted matter which provides that:

by no later than July 21, 2017, the Respondents shall provide their witness lists and summaries to Staff of the Commission and shall indicate any intent to call an expert witness, including the name of the expert and the issue on which the expert will be giving evidence; and |

the Third Appearance in this matter will be heard on August 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary. |
