    TOPIC:      Denis Lapointe, mayor of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, invites
                media representatives to a major press conference at which
                the start of trials for an innovative project - unique in
                Canada - will be announced: the gasification of a full
                complement of municipal solid wastes and industrial refuse,
                intended to produce synthetic gases and biodiesel.
                This event is significant for Kenneth S. Adessky, co-founder
                of Global Clean Energy, who will also be on hand to explain
                his reasons for choosing Salaberry-de-Valleyfield as the test
                location for this process.
