Notice of Road Closure - Sunday, October 4th, 2015

Queen's Park Circle East & West and University Avenue Northbound & Southbound from Armoury Street to Bloor Street

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure would like to advise residents and motorists that the Run route (University Avenue, Queens Park Crescent, Bloor Street West, St. George Street, College Street) will be closed from 9:00am until 1:00pm on Sunday October 4^th, 2015. Queens Park Circle East & West and University Avenue Northbound & Southbound will be closed from Armoury Street (just south of Dundas Street) to Bloor Street. The exception will be the closure of Wellesley Street (from Queens Park Crescent West to Queens Park Crescent East) which will be closed from 6:00am until 1:00pm.

Streets will be filled with runners and walkers wearing pink and participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure. Registration on King's College Circle will begin at 8:00 am on Sunday, October 4^th, and closing ceremonies will finish by 12:30pm. Roads will reopen at 1pm. Please be advised that towing will begin Sunday morning.
