MONTRÉAL, Nov. 30, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (CDN—NDG) Borough is proposing to amend and add sections to the urban planning by-law and the By-law concerning occupancy certificates and certain permits. These amendments will have direct effects on land use across borough territory and indirect effects on the health and overall well-being of its population.
