OTTAWA, Nov. 10, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will travel to Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai and Manila from November 15 to 20, 2017. He will tour immigration operations and recognize the processing of a record number of temporary residence applications this year. During his trip, Minister Hussen will focus on the service improvements that have been introduced to better serve travellers from China, Canada's fastest-growing tourism market, in advance of the Canada-China Year of Tourism in 2018. He will also attend the grand opening of the Nanjing Visa Application Centre (VAC), one of the seven new VACs to open in China.
November 15 and 16: Beijing, China

November 18: Shanghai, China
November 19 and 20: Manila, Philippines
