MONTREAL, Sept. 12, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Within the scope of its health care research program, the Montreal Economic Institute (MEI) is inviting the media to attend a debate between Dr. Philippe Couillard and Michel Kelly-Gagnon. The topic will be the benefits of competition and the role of the private sector in the Quebec hospital system.
This debate will be followed by two panels in which experts from Quebec and elsewhere will present international reforms that could inspire Quebec in its efforts to provide better access to health care.
