NOTICE TO THE MEDIA - Government of Canada to announce funding to support the mental health of Black communities

TORONTO, March 9, 2023 /CNW/ - The Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health, accompanied by Julie Dabrusin, Member of Parliament for Toronto-Danforth, will announce support to mental health programs for Black communities in Toronto.

There will be a media availability immediately following the announcement.

Media may attend the announcement either in person or via Zoom.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before start time as a COVID-19 rapid test will be required. Alternatively, attendees may choose to take a rapid test on their own shortly before arrival and bring a photo of a negative result.
