OTTAWA, ON, Oct. 10, 2024 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ya'ara Saks, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health, will make an important announcement to address the urgent needs of municipalities and First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities in response to the toxic drug and overdose crisis.
