TORONTO, April 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Aon has announced that Noula Kondovski has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources, Aon Hewitt Canada. In this position, Ms. Kondovski will be responsible for determining and deploying talent strategies for Aon Hewitt Consulting, HR Business Process Outsourcing and Benefits Administration. She will report to Aon Hewitt's Chief Human Resources Officer, Artell Smith.
Ms. Kondovski has more than 24 years of experience in increasing leadership roles in Human Resources at Aon, culminating in her most recent position as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Development for Aon Risk Solutions, where she was critical to the implementation of key learning and development and succession planning processes. Throughout her tenure at Aon, Ms. Kondovski has also led change management and employment equity initiatives.
