MONTREAL, Oct. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Noveko International Inc. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Noveko Inc. ("Noveko") has been awarded a major order worth a total of $650,000 for its Microban® hand sanitizers. The 125 ml formats of the Company's line of sanitizers will be offered to the customers of the some 250 IGA grocery stores in Quebec as part of a promotional campaign to be held in January 2011. Most of the order is expected to be delivered by the end of the second quarter of the current fiscal year.
"We are proud to team up with IGA supermarkets, one of the Sobeys Group's banners, and to make our sanitizers available to their customers. This is a great opportunity to promote our products and an additional sign of the already started pick-up in our marketing activities in this sector. We are also pleased to participate in improving the shopping experience at IGA retailers with our hand sanitizers, which represent an ideal means to reduce the hand-borne spread of disease and infections thanks to their excellent germicidal properties, while leaving hands soft after use," indicated Mr. Alain Bolduc, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
