Noveko International Announces a Private Placement of a Minimum of $4 Million
and a Maximum of $10 Million

MONTREAL, Sept. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Noveko International Inc. (the "Company") announces that it intends to proceed with a private placement of Class A Shares, for a minimum amount of $4 million and a maximum amount of $10 million, at a price of $0.60 per share. Subscriptions shall be made for a minimal amount of $150,000. The net proceeds of this placement will be used to pursue the Company's global growth objectives, mainly in the filtration sector, as well as for working capital purposes.
The offering will be made pursuant to applicable exemptions from prospectus requirements for private placement and is subject to the usual conditions and the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The securities issued pursuant to this private placement will be subject to a 4-month hold period. A first closing is expected to occur on or about September 30, 2010.
The securities offered have not been registered, and will not be registered, under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
