Noveko Signs an Agreement with Benjamin News for the Distribution of its Hand

MONTREAL, Sept. 8 /CNW Telbec/ - Noveko International Inc. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Noveko Inc. ("Noveko") has signed a distribution agreement with Benjamin News Inc. ("Benjamin News"), a Quebec company specializing in the distribution of magazines and complementary products to the retail segment. This agreement, which has an initial term of three years, covers the sale and promotion of Microban(R) hand sanitizers in Quebec, New Brunswick and Eastern Ontario.
"Thanks to its experience and extensive network of exclusive distributors, Benjamin News is an ideal partner to step up the marketing of our sanitizers in the retail segment. Its distribution channels reach some 9,000 points of sale, including more than 8,000 in Quebec, both leaders in the pharmaceuticals and food industries as well as independent retailers. It also has the expertise required to optimize the positioning, showcasing and constant monitoring of our products in-store. We are very pleased with this new partnership," indicated Mr. Richard Durocher, President of Noveko.

Benjamin News is a private company that began its operations in the distribution of magazines in Quebec in 1917. A leader in the distribution of magazines in the Quebec retail market, it has since expanded its sales territory and product line. It now serves approximately 9,000 points of sale in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario, on a weekly basis. Benjamin News Group Inc., a company of the same group, is also active in the distribution of magazines, books and complementary products in the United States. Benjamin Livre, another affiliate, is dedicated exclusively to distribution in the book industry and distributes the offering of some 60 Quebec and European publishers.
