Layoffs coming at Vancouver Sun and The Province

In a bluntly worded memo sent to all employees on Wednesday, Pacific Newspaper Group president and publisher Gordon Fisher said the two newspapers have seen "alarming and unprecedented revenue declines." Now staff at the two newspapers are bracing themselves for impending layoffs, the details for which have yet to be released.
