NTIS to move additional Business Units to Robocom's R-WMS.net Warehouse Management Solution

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. and MARKHAM, Ontario, Sept. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Robocom Systems International announced today that the National Technical Information Service has agreed to move its remaining business units to the R-WMS.net Warehouse Management System platform. R-WMS.net was successfully implemented at NTIS in December of 2009 to accommodate immediate needs regarding inventory control and customer requirements for some of their recently acquired customers. This next phase adds the NTIS remaining customers and will result in all of the NTIS customers residing on a single state of the art software package.

For more than 60 years NTIS has provided businesses, universities and the public timely access to approximately 3 million publications covering over 350 subject areas. R-WMS.net is utilized to Receive and Track these publications as well as fulfill and provide information back to NTIS customers for their orders.
