TORONTO , Oct. 1 /CNW/ - NWM Mining Corporation ("NWM" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NWM) is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options, subject to regulatory approval, to directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company and its Mexican subsidiary, Minera Columbia SA de CV, to purchase 4,040,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of three years.

Under the Company's stock option plan, a maximum of 10% of the issued shares of the Company at any time may be reserved for issuance at the time of the stock option grant.
