Nycomed Canada Inc. Partners with Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada to Support
Critical Programs Benefiting Children and Youth
MARKHAM, ON, Aug. 5 /CNW/ - Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada is pleased to welcome Nycomed Canada, a leading health care and research company, as a partner in supporting Canada's young people through the newly created Inspire - Breathe Play Learn program.
Inspire - Breathe Play Learn will provide resources for local Clubs to deliver innovative programs that meet the health, education and emotional needs of children and youth in their communities.

Covering a diverse range of program categories including education, technology, environment, leadership and creative arts, Inspire - Breathe Play Learn will provide awards to Clubs for offering innovative programs in response to the needs of children and youth in their community. Clubs will be able to use the funds to expand and develop a program, as well as share it with Clubs in other communities across the country. In the first year six Clubs will receive awards, with recipients announced later in 2010.
