Oakridge Calgary Co-op Temporarily Closes Due to Additional Tampering
Incident
CALGARY, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - Calgary Co-op voluntarily closed its Oakridge Centre located on Southland Drive and 24th Street SW, when it found evidence of a new product tampering incident this evening in a few produce items. Police were immediately notified, adding to the criminal investigation that is continuing from the incident in January. A search of products in the store is underway and the store will re-open tomorrow morning.
Calgary Co-op's top priority is customer safety and it is continuing to take this matter very seriously. Calgary Co-op is asking customers who have recently purchased items from the Oakridge Centre to be diligent in checking their items for any tampering. Customers who are unsure of a product they purchased may return it to the centre for a full refund.
