Océan Remorquage Québec Inc. and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild reach a collective agreement Français
Minister Leitch congratulates both parties
OTTAWA, March 18, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, the Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Océan Remorquage Québec Inc. and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild on the renewal of their collective agreement.
The agreement was reached with assistance from the Labour Program's Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service provides dispute resolution and dispute prevention assistance to trade unions and employers under the jurisdiction of the Canada Labour Code.
