OceanaGold signs Offtake Agreement for Didipio copper concentrate with Trafigura

MELBOURNE, Australia, Oct. 12, 2012 /CNW/ - OceanaGold Corporation (ASX: OGC, TSX: OGC, NZX: OGC) (the "Company") is pleased to confirm the signing of the Offtake Agreement with Trafigura, in relation to the sale and purchase of copper concentrate from the Didipio Project in northern Luzon, Philippines.
The signing of the Offtake Agreement was foreshadowed by the Heads of Agreement signed by the Company and Trafigura, and announced by the Company on 16 July 2012.
The key terms of the Offtake Agreement remains the same as those announced for the Heads of Agreement.
