OceanRock Announces New Sub-Adviser of the Meritas US Equity Fund to be ClearBridge Investments, LLC

(OceanRock) announced today that the sub-adviser of the Meritas US Equity Fund shifted to ClearBridge Investments, LLC (ClearBridge) from Legg Mason Canada Inc. ClearBridge and Legg Mason Canada Inc. are both members of Legg Mason Global Asset Management, therefore, the current management team and investment process for the Meritas US Equity Fund remain intact and unchanged.
