OCP Credit Funds Announces Final 2018 Distributions

TORONTO, Jan. 10, 2019 /CNW/ - Onex Credit Partners, LLC confirms the regular distributions ("Regular Distributions") and special distribution ("Special Distribution") previously announced on December 18, 2018.

Regular Distributions
The following Regular Distributions will be paid in cash on or before January 15, 2019, to holders of record on December 31, 2018.

Special Distribution
For the Fund listed below, the Special Distribution will be paid on or before January 15, 2019, to holders of record on December 31, 2018.  The Special Distribution will be paid by the issuance of units of the Fund, and immediately thereafter, the issued and outstanding capital of the Fund will be consolidated such that the number of issued and outstanding units of the Fund does not change.
