(OEL), which provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management engineering services, primarily to the oil and gas industry, and McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. (McIntosh Perry), a national multi-disciplinary engineering firm, will join together. This combination includes more than 500 professional and technical staff in nine locations across the country. OEL will leverage McIntosh Perry's expertise in environmental, hazardous materials and remediation.
