O'Leary Funds Management LP Announces Upcoming Changes to its Product Line

MONTREAL, Dec. 16, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - O'Leary Funds Management LP, the manager and trustee (the "Manager") of the family of O'Leary funds announced today that it is implementing changes to its product line.

The Manager is committed to sustaining a strong and efficient product line that continues to serve the needs of Canadian investors. As a result, the Manager will be terminating O'Leary Global Income Fund (the "Fund"). The termination will be effective on or about February 17, 2015. Unitholders of the Fund will be sent a written sixty day prior notice outlining the details of the termination. Unitholders of the Fund are encouraged to contact their financial advisor, prior to the effective date of termination, in order to discuss the Fund termination, including alternative investment options that best meet their individual investment needs.

Effective as of the close of business today, the Fund will cease distribution of new units.
