O'Leary Global Infrastructure Yield Fund and O'Leary Founder's Series Income
& Growth Fund disclose their Positions in Boralex Power Income Fund

MONTREAL, June 16 /CNW Telbec/ - O'Leary Global Infrastructure Yield Fund ("OGNY") and O'Leary Founder's Series Income & Growth Fund ("OFS", together with OGNY, the "Funds") announce that on June 16, 2010, they acquired an aggregate 400,600 trust units (the "Units") of Boralex Power Income Fund (TSX: BPT) (the "Issuer") through the TSX Exchange, which, together with previous acquisitions made by the funds and their joint actors in addition to the holdings disclosed in the press release of May 21, 2010, represent approximately a further 2% of the outstanding Units of the Issuer.

The aggregate number of securities of the Issuer held by the Funds and their joint actors after this acquisition is 3,671,299 Units, which represents approximately 8.10% of the issued and outstanding Units of the Issuer. The Funds' joint actors are O'Leary Canadian Income Opportunities Fund ("OCY"), O'Leary Canadian Equity Income Fund ("OCZ") and O'Leary Strategic Yield Fund ("OSY"). OCY holds 1,552,900 Units, OCZ holds 1,171,300 Units, OGNY holds 291,399 Units, OFS holds 613,700 Units and OSY holds 42,000 Units.

The Funds and their joint actors have acquired 1,102,099 Units of the Issuer since the commencement of the take-over bid launched by Boralex Inc. for the purchase of all outstanding Units of the Issuer on May 19, 2010.

The Units of the Issuer were acquired for investment purposes.

The Funds and their joint actors may acquire additional securities of the Issuer, but they may also continue to hold their present position or dispose of their securities.
