Olympia Trust Company to Increase Self-Directed Account Fees

CALGARY, Nov. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSXV: OLY) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Olympia Trust Company ("Olympia") will be increasing the annual administration fee for its self-directed accounts from $125 to $150 effective January 1, 2013.  Olympia currently has 71,690 self-directed accounts.

Olympia is also pleased to advise that it anticipates acquiring an additional 3,000 self-directed accounts by year-end from an administrator that is exiting the self-directed account marketplace.  The administrator that is transferring these self-directed accounts to Olympia has received approval from Canada Revenue Agency to transfer the accounts and has sent notices to its customers advising of the change.
