Only a few tables left for our June 4 event at Arsenal
MONTREAL, May 27, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Moisson Montréal is proud to announce that Grand Prix du Canada is one of our donor-partners for the second consecutive year and we cordially invite all Montrealers to participate in our sixth annual "The Grand Evening" gala dinner taking place this June 4. Like the Formula 1, this event is known for its energy and sophistication and the anticipation is as high as a racing fan's for the arrival of the F1 weekend.
Among the cosmopolitan crowd, "The Grand Evening" is considered as the most glamorous event of the summer season. Dany Michaud, Executive Director of Moisson Montréal, urges you to quickly secure your tickets, if you haven't already: "There are only a few tables left and everyone should know that attending this unique gala means an opportunity to meet some Formula 1 team principals and drivers who will be in the city. Also, by attending "The Grand Evening", participants will be supporting Moisson Montréal and the Fondation de l'Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur. This gala dinner is doubly important for us, because it increases our visibility with donors and marks the official launch of our summer awareness campaign, which this year, focuses on food insecurity, as it's more difficult to find foodstuffs in this season."
"Everyone loves our Grand Prix; this includes fans, as well as the racers and the team principals, who have continued to participate these last six years. And when they leave, they not only talk about the race, they also talk about The Grand Evening," explains François Dumontier, President of Octane Racing Group and President of Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada. "We first created this event in 2010 and with each passing year, we strive to make it one of the most glamorous events in Montreal and on the Formula 1 circuit. We are happy to make a contribution each year through the participation of our celebrity drivers and encourage them to support local causes. Furthermore, we proudly entrust local leaders with the responsibility of planning this prestigious event, so that the benefits truly stay in Montreal."
