OneCap Investment Corporation announces the resignation of two directors

MONTREAL, Sept. 8, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - OneCap Investment Corporation (TSXV: OIC.H) ("OneCap"), a capital pool company and defined under Policy 2.4 – Capital Pool Companies of TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") announced today that Messrs. Jean Desmarais and Pierre Albert Jean have resigned from the Board of Directors of OneCap.

The Board of Directors of OneCap now consist of Messrs. Daniel Dorey, Pierre Setlakwe, Pierre Bonin and Jean-Guy Lambert.
