BLDB422 is no longer a valid plate The culprit vehicle (Silver Dodge Caravan with unknown plates either Ontario or Quebec) is outstanding. The two male culprits that assisted the culprit mother in grabbing the kids and fleeing are described as:
1) M/W 20's, 6'2", 160 lbs, thin build, brown short straight hair, goatee, wearing dark sunglasses and plaid shorts
2) M/B 20's, 5'10", 170 lbs, medium build, very dark complexion, black do-rag, t-shirt, jeans
