Ontario Energy Board Community Meeting in Kingston
The Ontario Energy Board invites Kingston Hydro's electricity ratepayers to participate in a community presentation day
TORONTO, Aug. 7, 2015 /CNW/ - On August 17, 2015, starting at 4:00 pm., the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is holding a community presentation day to learn about Kingston Hydro's request to increase its electricity rates for the next five years, starting in 2016.
Kingston Hydro will conduct a tour of one of its substations and will give a presentation on its rate application.
Following the presentation, customer and industry groups that have registered to participate in the OEB's hearing (intervenors) and staff from the OEB will have an opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Members of the public will also have an opportunity to comment on Kingston Hydro's presentation or its rate application. The OEB members that will be deciding Kingston Hydro's rate application will be there to hear your comments.
