Ontario Minister of the Environment to speak at Walmart Sustainable Packaging
Conference

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 21 /CNW/ - Ontario Minister of the Environment, John Gerretsen will join Duncan Mac Naughton, Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer of Walmart Canada, at the company's fourth annual Sustainable Packaging Conference.

At the half-day conference, participants will learn about embedding sustainability into their organization and extended producer responsibility. The company will also provide an update on its Sustainable Packaging Scorecard. Walmart Canada has a goal to reduce the packaging of the products it carries by 5 per cent by 2013.
