TORONTO, Dec. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to subsections 127(1) and 127(10) of the Act on December 11, 2013, setting the matter down to be heard on January 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held in the above named matter. The hearing will be held at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto.
