TORONTO, Aug. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - On August 18, 2014, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to sections 8 and 21.7 of the Ontario Securities Act to consider the application filed by Marc McQuillen for a Hearing and Review of the decision of the Hearing Panel of IIROC dated February 28, 2007. The hearing will be held on August 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
