This community tree plant will help the Town of Goderich regain some of its tree cover after losing many of the town's beautiful trees during last summer's devastating tornado. "OPG and Trees Ontario are excited to work with Goderich residents and the Goderich Trees Project for this upcoming planting event on April 28th," says Rob Keen, CEO, Trees Ontario. "The trees planted at this event will beautify the town, improve the health and well-being of Goderich residents and help this lovely, historic town recover, one tree at a time."
The Goderich Trees Project, Replanting the Town Roots, is seeking volunteers for April 28th. To register as a volunteer or to receive further information, please call the YMCA at 519-524-2125 or email [email protected].
