TORONTO, May 11, 2020 /CNW/ - Optiva Inc. ("Optiva" or the "Company") (TSX:OPT), a leader in providing communications service providers (CSPs) worldwide with cloud-native revenue management software on the public cloud, today announced that Danielle Royston has provided notice of her resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms. Royston's resignation will be effective on August 9, 2020, following a 90-day notice period, and Ms. Royston will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer through the notice period. The resignation followed recent compensation requests from Ms. Royston that the Board of Directors of the Company declined to meet.
The Board of Directors will be engaging an executive search firm to conduct a search for a new Chief Executive Officer.
