Pacific Coal announces resignation of director
TORONTO, July 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Pacific Coal Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PAK) has announced today that in an effort to further the cost cutting efforts of the company, Oscar Ordonez has resigned from the board of directors of the Company.
Hernan Martinez, Executive Chairman of Pacific Coal, said, "On behalf of the company, I would like to extend our thanks to Messr. Ordonez for his efforts and contributions to date and wish him all the best in his future endeavours".
