VANCOUVER, Dec. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Paget Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: PGS), ("Paget" or the "Company") announces that it has granted a total of 775,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors and officers of the Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.10 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant and shall vest as to 100% upon the first anniversary of the date of grant. The Options were granted pursuant to the Company's shareholder-approved stock option plan and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and any applicable regulatory hold periods.
